Inktober, week 3

Okay, this is really late and some are only sketches — shit got busy.

#NaNoWriMo is so damn close and I found another book on the Wellington disaster at a book sale. So, I’m spending all my prep time researching a tiny element of the story and falling behind on frigging everything as I tend to do.

An argument for performative insanity: 15 hours in the Blue Alley and I’m not okay

It’s finally fucking over! It took our party 3 4-5 hour sessions to solve the Waterdeep Blue Alley adventure and I feel like I have to mouth off about it.

The Blue Alley was supposed to be a one-off session (it’s only supposed to take 3-4 hours) allowing two visiting friends to easily join the group for a session. Unfortunately, it didn’t end up that way.

Preptober 2019, week 1

I’m trying to juggle a lot this month, but @rachelbatemanbooks preptober challenge has a lot of helpful prompts to get the wheels going for NaNoWriMo 2019.

I’m not a frequent Instagram poster — and don’t really want to flood my account — so I’m just going to post this here weekly and link it from other social media.

Inktober, week 1

Yup, I’m participating in Inktober this year — both the traditional make an ass of yourself with childish doodles part and the make an ass of yourself but with words “writer’s version.”

I’m sticking to simple poems/prose pieces that take no more than a half hour to put together due to time restrictions — and I’m keeping with the prompt as much as possible.

I’m a little late getting this first week’s work put together to share for reasons. But I have the hang of things a little better now hope to be on time next week.
